    • All delivery is by a premium courier.
    • All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
    • Free delivery (Thailand only) on orders over 800 baht.
    • Delivery in Thailand within 2 working days (dependent on destination postcodes), excluding Saturday Sunday and official holidays.
    • All international shipping is by DHL Express and delivery fees are based on the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the destination country.
    • Duties and taxes on international shipments will be charged to the recipient upon the destination country,
      the recipient is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
    • Please ensure your personal information (name, address, etc.) is correct to guarantee prompt delivery.
    • Your tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    (Returns & Refunds are open to customers with delivery addresses in Thailand only)

    If you don't fall in love with your order, we're here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow the steps below and we’ll refund the returned product free of charge. This policy applies to online purchases made via our website only.

    To return your product:

    1. Contact Health Land Online Store Customer Service at shop@healthlandspa.co.th to specify your purchase and details of the product that you want to return. Please include your reasons for return and pictures of the product.

    2. We will contact you within 2 working days about our approval. Once approved, please pack and send the product(s) to our head office.

    3. The refund will be credited to the debit or credit card used to purchase the product and no cash will be given.

    4. Customers are responsible for charges incurred when returning the product.

    To exchange your product:

    1. Contact Health Land Online Store Customer Service at shop@healthlandspa.co.th to specify your purchase and details of the product that you want to exchange. Please include your reasons for exchange and pictures of the product.

    2. We will contact you within 2 working days about our approval. Once approved, please pack and send the product(s) to our head office.

    3. Exchanges are open to products that have the same or higher price compared to the originally purchased product. It will take 7 working days since approval for the product to be delivered to you address.
